Flowing from our slogan "Empowering people through enterprise" our mission is as follows -
Enterprise Mentoring aims to provide client-centred training and support mechanisms to enable people with a disadvatage to unlock their full potential through starting business or social enterprises.
In particular, Enterprise Mentoring seeks to become an innovative and world-class cebtre of excellence in the area of disabled entrepreneurship. By providing effective training and support we will help individuals overcome existing barriers.
The staff of Enterprise Mentoring probably have more experience than anyone else in assiting people with disabilities/ill health into self employment. Their work on various programmes gives them a proven track record, proving the effectiveness of their approach.

Enterprise Mentoring is committed to disseminating knowledge and expertise to ensure that the client's recieve the support they need. We work closely with a number of organisations, including Business Gateway, PSYBT, Local Regenerations Agencies, Chamber of Commerce, Employment Organisations and a number of organisations offering support service to people with disadvantages.
